10-14 working days of your enrollment, you will receive a Member
Information Guide, Membership Identification Cards, and a Dental,
Pharmacy, Vision Care and Chiropractic Care Directory. Present
your Identification Card to any of the listed providers and
you will be eligible to get the discounted fees. You pay the
provider at the time of the service. |
